A Labor-Hour is the amount of work conducted by a single individual in 1 hour. Janisaurus Service Providers with multi-person teams consume 1 Labor-Hour per person per hour.
1 - Person Team
Can complete 1 Hour worth of work in 1 hour of time.
2 - Person Team
Can complete 1 Hour worth of work in 30 minutes of time.
